About the role

• Site Maintenance Officer
• Part Time - 24 hours per week
• 3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday (Every Friday is required, can be flexible on the other days)
• £11.44 per hour

We are recruiting for a caring professional and self-motivated individual with good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be flexible. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety at this home, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance.
