Job summary

TSR in Manchester is seeking a freelance Site Manager with groundworks and civils experience to lead a new build industrial unit.

You will enforce health and safety, manage subcontractors, and maintain detailed H&S records, with a strong focus on programme management and on-site coordination.

Role is a 15-week freelance assignment with a day-rate of £270 per shift.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid required.
• Groundworks experience including paving, piling and drainage.
• Strong admin/paperwork skills.
• Good organisational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities
