Job summary

Excel Engineering Recruitment LTD is recruiting a Multi-skilled Engineer / Mechanical & Electrical Engineer for a site-based role in Pimlico. You will undertake maintenance works, including electrical PPMs, lighting and HVAC tasks, and you will be the link with the client to ensure professional delivery.

The role is full-time on site with a family-run vibe, with opportunities to contribute to high-end apartment and office facilities across London and Surrey.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical and mechanical services in facilities contracts.
• Knowledge of PPMs and site compliance.
• Professional, honest and well-presented with good timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical PPMs including lighting and emergency lighting testing/remedials.
• Perform mechanical and HVAC maintenance on site.
• Build and nurture the client relationship to ensure timely and professional works.
