Job summary

PE Global is recruiting for an experienced Site Logistics Coordinator to support a major construction and commissioning project in Drax, North Yorkshire. The role focuses on safe, efficient handling of materials and equipment throughout the project lifecycle, with responsibilities across receipt, unloading, storage and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in transport logistics, warehouse operations, or materials management preferred.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and maintaining material documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, unloading, storage, preservation and traceability of materials and equipment on site.
• Plan delivery schedules with Supply Chain, transport teams, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor deliveries, POs and ETA, flagging delays or shortages affecting activities.
• Ensure unloading areas and lifting equipment are available and compliant with HSE requirements.
• Maintain delivery records, inventory documents and handover documentation.
