Job summary

Galliford Try Group is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead a section of works on our Inverness project. The role requires managing schedules, resources, and procurement while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

The candidate will travel across locations, with a site-based focus and close collaboration with planners and internal teams. You will drive effective program development, monitor progress, and deliver contractual documentation and as-built records.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling and maintaining detailed project programs.
• Proven procurement experience for equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Collaborate with planners to develop and maintain programs.
• Identify design/project requirements and provide solutions.
• Coordinate resources across departments to meet client objectives.
• Manage procurement for equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Attend reviews to track progress and address issues.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor developments.
• Prepare contract documentation and as-built drawings per specifications.
