UKRI DeepTech Catalyst (DTC) at Sci-Tech Daresbury in Cheshire seeks a Programme Manager to lead DTC programmes in Biotech and Health Tech, serving as the DTC Site Lead at Daresbury. You will collaborate with the Head of the DTC and work with teams in Harwell and Edinburgh to ensure programme success.

You will manage one direct report and coordinate with colleagues handling finance and admin while engaging with 20+ start-ups annually.

Formación

Experience working with technology-based SMEs to scale products and services.
Ability to evaluate startup plans and provide actionable feedback.
Proven track record in growing and managing a pipeline of opportunities.

Responsabilidades

Lead DTC operations and develop new support programmes at Daresbury.
Set and deliver targets for DTC programmes (start-ups, graduation rates, case studies).
Ensure high-quality deal-flow and assist applicants to submit competitive proposals.
Oversee engagements with co-funding partners (UKRI-BBSRC, Local Authority) and report progress.
Foster relationships with regional organisations for funding and investment.
Collaborate with STFC and Marketing/Comms to promote DTC impact and outcomes.
