Job description

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Leader to join a well-established and successful FMCG business as the Site Lead.

As Site Lead, you will have full accountability for the P&L of the business and be responsible for all aspects of Factory Operations, Commercial, Technical, H&S, Finance, HR, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement (CI).

You will also lead the Supply Chain and Procurement functions, overseeing significant multi-million pound spend.

This role is based at a large, fast-paced site, presenting various challenges. Success in this role requires resilience and the ability to lead by example, driving operational excellence across the factory.
