Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a reliable General Site Labourer for a long-term project in Wepham, near Arundel (West Sussex). Start is immediate, with full-time hours 40-45 per week and a steady weekly pay cycle.

Candidates must hold a valid UK CSCS card, a full driving licence with own transport, and be physically fit to perform manual handling. Prior site experience is preferred, and right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer card or above) required.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential due to rural site access.
• Physically fit and able to perform regular manual handling.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Assist site trades with daily operations and manual handling tasks.
• Unload delivery vehicles and distribute materials safely across site.
• Sweep work areas and clear construction debris; maintain skips.
• Keep access routes, walkways and site perimeters clear and safe.
• Adhere to site health and safety rules and wear full PPE at all times.
