Job summary

Randstad CPE is actively recruiting a General Site Labourer for an ongoing project in Sevenoaks. The role requires manual labour on a live construction site with standard 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, and offers steady weekly pay.

Holds a valid CSCS card, full PPE, and the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start available for suitable candidates with rights to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required (Green Labourer or above).
• Full PPE provided and must be worn on site.
• Previous general site labouring experience is preferred.
• Hard-working, punctual and reliable work ethic.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting site trades (bricklayers, carpenters, groundworkers) with daily operations.
• Unloading delivery vehicles and distributing materials safely across site.
• Sweeping work zones and clearing construction debris, maintaining skips.
• Keep access routes, stairwells and walkways clear, tidy and hazard-free.
• Follow health and safety rules and wear full PPE at all times.
