Barfoots of Botley is seeking Site Hygiene & Facilities Operatives at Sefter Farm to maintain a clean, hygienic environment across welfare areas and shared facilities.

You will perform routine cleaning, maintain toilets and offices, replenish consumables and support wider site cleaning in a busy production environment. This role offers day and night shifts on a 4-on 4-off, 12-hour pattern, permanent employment and opportunities to grow within the facilities team.

Qualificações

• Maintaining hygiene standards across welfare facilities
• Cleaning and organising communal spaces
• Following COSHH guidance and health & safety procedures
• Completing cleaning records and checklists
• Reporting hazards or stock shortages
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
• Cleaning welfare facilities, toilets and rest areas
• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas
• Welfare facilities and offices cleaning across site
• Supporting wider site cleaning activities when required

We're looking for Site Hygiene & Facilities Operatives who take pride in maintaining high standards across our production support areas and shared facilities. This role focuses on keeping welfare areas, communal spaces and site facilities clean, organised and compliant with company standards. The Role Working across our Sefter Farm site, you'll help maintain a clean and hygienic environment for colleagues, visitors and operational teams. You'll be responsible for routine and scheduled cleaning across a variety of locations while ensuring cleaning standards remain consistently high. Responsibilities
