Job summary

Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a niche manufacturing business in Swindon to recruit an HR Manager for a 12 month FTC starting ASAP. The role is full time, site-based for at least four days per week, reporting to the Regional HR Director and joining the site leadership team.

You will partner with leaders and employees on end-to-end ER, policies and procedures, and new ways of working, providing generalist HR support across production, engineering, quality and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law.
• Experience in performance management, restructuring and absence management.
• Ability to drive initiatives and work on own initiative.
• Proven experience handling employee relations matters.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and COE.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR site support across multiple functions.
• Advise on ER matters and manage investigations and hearings.
• Support performance reviews and talent development.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coach managers on change management and policy implementation.
• Partner with site leadership to support business goals.
