RG Setsquare is seeking a reliable Gate-man to manage access to our Cheltenham site and maintain security for visitors, contractors, and deliveries. The role focuses on safe, efficient control of entries and professional service to staff and guests.

The successful candidate will operate gates, verify identities, and keep logs while adhering to health and safety procedures. A calm, professional appearance is essential for first-rate visitor management.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Gate-man or Gatehouse Operative preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the site.
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of all site entries and exits.
• Operate gates, barriers, and access control systems.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity.
• Carry out regular security patrols as required.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Report incidents, accidents, or security breaches promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff.
