Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Site Fulfilment Lead in the United Kingdom to manage direct material fulfillment, collaborate with Procurement and Suppliers, and ensure material availability aligned with manufacturing and project needs.

You will lead supplier performance, coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and quality teams, and drive risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and cost-effective delivery across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and strong procurement/Supply Chain background.
• Experience in procurement, operations, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience with supplier performance metrics and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.
• Partner with Quality and Supplier teams to improve supplier performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define preventive actions and recovery plans.
• Provide visibility on supplier delivery plans and manage risks and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain performance.
