Job summary

Rogers McHugh is seeking an experienced Site Foreman/Manager to lead from the front and work on-site when required across UK projects. The role focuses on fast-track fit-out environments, requiring hands-on supervision and proactive problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will bring joinery or dry lining background, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. CSCS Black/Gold, SMSTS and First Aid at Work are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on site management experience on fast-track fit-out projects.
• Background in Joinery or Dry Lining is essential.
• CSCS Black/Gold Card, SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on site and supervise operations hands-on.
• Coordinate fast-track fit-out activities across UK sites.
• Ensure health, safety and quality standards are met daily.
