Job summary

Meridian Business Support is partnering with a well-established specialist contractor to recruit for a site-based role across the South West and Wales. You will support the Site Supervisor in the safe and efficient delivery of projects, and represent the business on customer sites.

The ideal candidate has previous site construction experience, ideally with metalwork or steelwork; a valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Site-based construction experience required.
• Experience with metalwork/steelwork advantageous.
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence required.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work and travel.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Supervisor in safe, efficient project delivery.
• Work on bespoke installations across the South West and Wales.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and site regulations.
• Ensure high standards of installation quality and detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and site personnel.
• Represent the business professionally on customer sites.
• Work on architecturally unique installations involving metal/steel work.

About You

• Previous site-based construction experience is essential.

• Valid CSCS Card & Full UK driving licence.

• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to work and travel.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
