Site Finance Leader – Manufacturing P&L Owner

Job summary

ReQuire Consultancy is assisting a major UK manufacturing group in recruiting a Site Finance Manager for the Salisbury site. You will own the site P&L, provide strategic financial input, and partner with the Site Manager and senior operations to drive performance and cost control.

The role combines hands-on finance leadership with engagement across operations, engineering and supply chain. Initial period may require a strong site presence before moving to a more balanced two days on site.

Qualifications

• Must be fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Strong manufacturing finance experience (FMCG advantageous).
• Demonstrable experience of personally owning an entire P&L.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Salisbury site P&L.
• Act as key financial business partner to Site Manager.
• Produce and communicate weekly and monthly management information.
• Lead site budgets, forecasts and P&L reforecasts.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and drive improved performance.
• Challenge operational expenditure with budget holders.
• Provide analysis on manufacturing costs, margins and performance.
• Support CapEx proposals and track investment benefits.
