Job summary

Greencore Group plc in Old Leake, near Boston, Lincolnshire, is seeking a driven Project Manager – Engineering to lead high-impact site-based engineering projects from concept to completion. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery within safety, quality, cost and timescale targets.

Reporting to the project sponsor, you’ll manage risk, stakeholders, and contractor engagement while maintaining compliant CDM practices and robust cost control.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with leadership of site-based projects.
• Experience with safety, health and environmental legislation and CDM.
• Ability to manage cost, risk and change across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion on site.
• Establish and manage CDM, safety, health and environmental and contractor controls.
• Build and lead direct and subcontracted resource teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and project objectives.
• Prepare scope documents and lead contractor selection/engagement.
• Maintain project cost plans and provide cash flow forecasts.
• Lead installation and commissioning of processing equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with wider business operations.
