Job summary

Greencore London Meals is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead site-based engineering and asset projects from concept to completion at Park Royal, NW10. You will collaborate with stakeholders, contractors and site teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong engineering background, CDM knowledge, and effective cost management. Site-based work hours are Mon-Fri, with a permanent contract and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background and experience leading complex site-based projects.
• Knowledge of safety, health and environmental legislation, CDM and contractor control.
• Ability to manage cost, risk and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budgeting and forecasting expenditure experience.
• Clear and confident communicator reporting progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple engineering projects from initiation through to completion.
• Establish and manage CDM, safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Build and lead teams of direct and subcontracted resources.
• Coordinate delivery with site operations and stakeholders.
• Prepare scope documentation and lead contractor selection.
• Maintain cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop a compliant contractor database aligned with standards.
• Lead installation and commissioning of processing equipment and facilities.
• Maintain project timelines and align with wider business priorities.
