Job summary

Expleo is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to be based on site at a customer's facility in Stevenage. You will lead the Expleo Engineering team in delivering day-to-day operations across satellite programmes and technologies, acting as the focal point for all Expleo business areas.

You will drive transformation of ways of working, deliver strategic improvements, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture with robust stakeholder engagement and timely performance updates.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in delivering complex space or aerospace programmes.
• Degree qualified in Engineering or Science and eligible for UK MoD security clearance.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as site lead for day-to-day operations to the client.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve delivery issues.
• Lead the delivery transformation plan to drive efficiencies.
• Identify work packages and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Expleo support functions to secure resources.
