As a core member of the site leadership team, the Site Engineering Manager will drive continuous performance improvement in collaboration with all functions to enhance site performance. The role involves overseeing the maintenance of a large FMCG site, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and automation activities, as well as wastewater treatment operations. The focus will be on energy and process optimization, reliability, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Monday-Friday days, with weekend cover 1 in every 5 weeks with occasional site call outs and attendance to meetings offsite. The Site Engineering Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager.

Compliance with regulatory, environmental, customer and insurance requirements with participation in audits and ensuring non-conformances have been addressed.
Acting as a substitute for another functional manager when necessary.
