Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Engineer to carry out service and repairs to equipment on customer sites in a safe, professional, and cost-effective manner, maintaining documentation in line with Health and Safety and Quality procedures.

The role involves working to a planned schedule of service and maintenance jobs at our client’s premises, monitoring van stock, and ensuring safety of trucks through inspections.

Responsibilities include completing job sheets, timesheets, purchase requisitions, and managing equipment and tooling.

Candidates should have knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, and be willing to undertake additional training.

Key skills include independent and team work, good communication, high standards, and ability to meet deadlines.

Person Specification:
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proficient in fault finding and repair
  • GCSE Grade C in English and Maths
  • Experience with Health & Safety in workshop practice

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30, with a 30-minute lunch break.
