Job summary

KierBAM is recruiting a Site Engineer to join our Plymouth project at Devonport Royal Dockyard. You will help manage technical compliance to design specs, ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to high quality standards within a live MOD facility.

You will assist in drawing as-built records, conduct quality checks, set out works, support procurement, and maintain drawing registers and daily diaries as part of the WRB section team.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering qualification and chartership progress.
• Experience with reinforced concrete structures using formwork and Leica survey equipment.
• Familiar with Quality Management Systems and RAMS.
• CSCS Card (White PQP/AQP or Red Trainee/Red Provisional) and SSSTS; HSE supervisor test.
• Willing to work weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing technical compliance to design specs, ensuring safety and quality.
• Support as-built drawings, quality checks, surveys, and site inspections.
• Set out works and verify setting out points and benchmarks.
• Provide engineering support for technical problems and materials procurement.
• Maintain drawing registers, daily diaries, and trackers.
