We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

ALEC FITOUT is hiring skilled Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and eager to take on the UAE’s major projects, this is your opportunity.

• This role will be based on ALEC FITOUT projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• The position requires a six-day work week, which is mandatory for all site roles.
• Applicants must be eligible for a UAE work visa.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Oversee quality control to ensure premium finishes and accurate execution of design elements.
• Maintain safety standards and a safe working environment on-site.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and update management on key milestones.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes
• Leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively
