We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring skilled Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and ready for the UAE’s biggest challenges, this could be your next move.

• This role will be assigned to an ALEC FITOUT project located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
• Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE.

Your Role:

• Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring premium finishes and precise execution of all design elements.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment on-site.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and keep management updated on key project milestones.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
