Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Engineer for a civils-focused role on a water/stage treatment site in Selborne, Hampshire. The scope of works includes trenching, gullies, pits and the construction of small RC structures, on a freelance basis until April 2027.

The role requires setting out and level control, with responsibilities for drawings, safety, and quality documentation. Pay rate is £350-£425 per day, with IR35 determination TBC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils/utilities schemes.
• Strong setting-out and surveying skills.
• Experience with trenching, RC structures, and general groundworks.

Responsibilities

• Setting out and level control for trenching and drainage works
• Overseeing installation of small RC structures, including formwork, reinforcement checks, and pours
• Ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Liaising with the site team on progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
• Maintaining accurate site records, as-built information, and quality documentation

TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Engineer for a civils-focused role on a water/stage treatment site in Selborne, Hampshire. The scope of works is predominantly trenching, gullies, pits and the construction of small reinforced concrete (RC) structures.

This is a freelance opportunity running until April 2027, offering long-term stability on a live civils scheme.
