Matchtech is seeking a Site Engineer for a contract role on a major wastewater treatment works project near Leicester. You will provide technical support across a heavy civils and utilities environment with a strong focus on accurate setting out and delivering the works to programme.

The role requires solid setting-out experience, interpretation of drawings and good problem-solving skills, ensuring quality records and safety are maintained on site.

Qualificações

• Experience as Site Engineer in civil engineering, heavy civils or utilities.
• Strong setting-out experience on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of wastewater treatment works or water industry projects.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out accurate setting out for civil and utilities works.
• Using drawings, specs and surveying equipment to support site activities.
• Checking dimensions, levels and alignments to spec.
• Providing technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitoring construction progress and resolving technical issues.
• Maintaining accurate site records and as-built information.
• Complying with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Collaborating with project teams to deliver works.
