Job summary

Talent Link is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a role in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. You will establish level and survey control for contracts and set out detailed works as per contract drawings, ensuring accuracy of records and compliance with regulations.

You will resolve on-site technical difficulties, coordinate with procurement for resources, and prepare ITPs, task briefings, and 2-week look-aheads with the Site Agent.

Qualifications

• Experience setting out on civil engineering projects.
• Experience with site documentation, ITPs and look-aheads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish level and survey control for contracts and set out detailed works as per contract drawings.
• Ensure records are accurate and comply with organisational and legal requirements.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties on site.
• Produce procurement schedules and liaise with procurement to ensure site resources.
• Produce ITPs, Task Briefings, and 2-week look-aheads with Site Agent.
• Produce Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets.
• Promote best practice in health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Ensure work is delivered defect and snag-free.
