Job summary

ICDS is seeking a Setting Out Engineer for a major Birmingham stadium redevelopment project. The role is a 6-7 month contract, with ASAP start, on-site in Birmingham. Day rate is £340-£360 per day, with potential for longer-term opportunities for the right candidate.

The successful applicant will set out piles, steel frame, RC slabs and support the site team with general site engineering duties. A degree and relevant experience are required, with RC/steel/piling setting out considered

Setting Out Engineer - Birmingham

Location: Birmingham

We're looking for a Setting Out Engineer to join a major construction project in Birmingham workign on a high-profile stadium redeveloment.

The company is an established construction contractor delivering largescale building, RC Frame, and complex civil engineering projects across the UK.

The role will mainly involve setting out piles, steel frame, RC Slabs, and supporting the site team with general site engineering duties.

This is initially a 6-7 month contract, with the potential for the right person to move onto a permanent or longer-term position if they impress.
