Arvato is seeking a proactive Site Maintenance Engineer for our Corby site to maintain building, equipment, robotics and automation systems ensuring safety and business continuity.
You will perform PPM across the site, respond to downtime, and coordinate external contractors, while supporting compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.
We're looking for a proactive Site Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our Corby site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in maintaining a safe working environment, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics operation. Working closely with the Site Engineering and Facilities teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring our building, equipment, robotics and automation systems are maintained to a high standard, supporting business continuity and delivering a safe, compliant workplace.
What you'll be doing
Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities or building services engineering role.
Multi-skilled maintenance experience with good mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environment is highly desirable.
Experience working with distribution centre robotics and automation systems would be an advantage.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Health & Safety and contractor management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Confident communicator who enjoys working with colleagues across all areas of the business.

Salary: Up to £37,901.82per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham
Hours: Full Time | 4 on 4 off days (6am-6pm)
