Millbank Holdings is recruiting a Site Engineer for our Minffordd site in Gwynedd. The role is site-based, 40 hours per week, with permanent or contract arrangements.
Salary is £40,000–£45,000 per annum plus a car allowance of £4,255, or a contract rate of £35–40 umbrella per hour (inside IR35). You will provide engineering control, setting out and QA support, ensuring work meets project specs and safety standards on major construction projects.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Site Engineer to support the successful delivery of major construction projects. You will be responsible for providing engineering control, setting out, quality assurance and technical support while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
Working closely with the wider project team and subcontractors, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety and compliance throughout the construction process.
Essential:
Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
Previous experience working as a Site Engineer within the construction or civil engineering sector.
Good understanding of engineering setting out techniques.
Knowledge of construction methods and industry best practice.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain accurate site records and documentation.
A proactive approach to health, safety and quality.
Desirable:
Experience on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
Knowledge of temporary works procedures.
Appreciation of commercial and contractual processes.
