Job summary

One Way Resourcing Limited is seeking a Site Engineer for a Civil Engineering contractor working on RC structures and related civil works in the Plymouth area. The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering or RC structures background with proven setting out experience for groundworks, levels, foundations, drainage, highways, and sea defence projects.

You will perform setting out, as-built surveys, QA, and technical tasks, using robotic equipment.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is mandatory.
• Experience setting out for groundworks, levels, foundations, and deep drainage.
• Background in RC structures or civil engineering preferred.
• Willing to undergo security clearance.
• Experience with 278 works and sea defence projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Site setting out and as-built surveys.
• QA and technical documentation for construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams on RC structures and earthworks.
• Ensure works comply with design and safety standards.

Job description

Site Engineer required for leading Civil Engineering contractor on RC structures / civil engineering project in the Plymouth area. The Site Engineer will ideally come from a civil engineering / RC Structures background with proven experience setting out for groundworks, levels, foundations, deep drainage, highways, flood alleviation, earthworks, sea defence, 278 works and RC Structures. The Site Engineer will setting out and doing asbuilt surveys, QA and technical works. The Site Engineer must have a CSCS card and experience using robotic equipment. The Site Engineer will need to go through security clearance.
