Job summary

One Way Resourcing in Eastleigh is seeking a Site Engineer for a major civils project. You will oversee all engineering elements, with responsibility for setting out groundworks, levels, foundations and deep drainage on site.

A CSCS card and experience with robotic equipment are required. You will work with design and technical teams to ensure quality and safety on site and manage field tasks across highways, flood alleviation, earthworks, sea defence and RC works.

Qualifications

• Experience setting out for civil engineering groundworks and RC works.
• Proven ability to read drawings and manage levels and foundations.
• Experience with highways, flood alleviation and earthworks is desirable.
• CSCS card holder with on-site safety awareness and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering elements of the civils project on site.
• Coordinate design and technical aspects with the project team.
• Perform setting out duties, check levels and ensure quality standards.
• Manage daily on-site tasks including groundworks, drainage and RC works.

Job description

Site Engineer required for leading Civil Engineering contractor on major civils project in the Eastleigh area.

The Site Engineer will ideally come from a civil engineering background with proven experience setting out for groundworks, levels, foundations, deep drainage, holding down bolts, highways, flood alleviation, earthworks, sea defence and RC works.

The Site Engineer will be overseeing all engineering elements of the project, dealing with design and technical aspects of the project and all setting out duties. The Site Engineer must have a CSCS card and experience using robotic equipment
