Are you a Setting out Engineer seeking a new challenge? James Gray Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Site Engineer on behalf of one of our key civil engineering clients for work across the Central belt.

Our client:

• A well-established Scottish civil engineering contractor known for their delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Carry out setting out duties

• Provide technical support and solutions to the site team.

• Monitor project progress and contribute to reports for senior management.

• Maintain accurate site records, including drawings, permits, and risk assessments.

What you will need to be successful:

• A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• A minimum of 2-3 years worth of setting out experience and knowledge of relevant equipment (Total Station, GPS, etc.).

• A full UK driving license.
