James Gray Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Site Engineer for a major marine infrastructure project in Scotland. You will report to the Senior Site Engineer and support day-to-day delivery, setting out, drawings interpretation and QA on site, while working away Monday to Friday.
This permanent role offers a base of £34,000 plus over £1,000/month living away allowance, daily subsistence, car allowance, fully funded accommodation and travel.

Due to the award of a flagship marine infrastructure project on Scotland's west coast, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant Site Engineer to join their experienced project delivery team. You will join the team delivering a major marine infrastructure redevelopment project, involving the construction of a new harbour facility and associated landside infrastructure.
This is a technically challenging, multi-disciplinary project that will provide exceptional experience across a wide range of civil engineering disciplines.
Reporting to the Senior Site Engineer, you will support the engineering team with the day-to-day technical delivery of construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, accurately and in accordance with project specifications. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll develop your technical skills while working alongside experienced Site Engineers, Senior Engineers and Site Managers.
