Job summary

Emtec Energy is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to provide technical, operational and site-based support across Solar PV, Battery Storage and grid connection projects. The role is predominantly site-based, involving surveys, supervision, inspection and commissioning across commercial and utility-scale assets.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, 18th Edition qualification and experience supervising subcontractors, with a focus on safety and quality on live projects.

Qualifications

Strong electrical background with site-based experience.
Experience in electrical installation, commissioning or renewables.

Responsibilities

Carry out site surveys for Solar PV, BESS and grid projects.
Review electrical infrastructure and site constraints.
Supervise subcontractors and engineers on site.
Conduct quality inspections and report defects.
Support electrical testing and commissioning activities.
Maintain RAMS and CDM compliance on site.
Produce survey, inspection and maintenance reports.
