Arla is seeking an experienced environment, health and safety professional to strengthen standards and drive continual improvement at our Aylesbury site. You will lead the QEHS team, coach colleagues, ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and work with regulators and partners to build a strong safety culture while supporting site leadership.

With five years in EHS within FMCG, a NEBOSH Diploma-level qualification, and a degree in environmental, scientific or engineering discipline,

Qualifikationen

• At least five years’ experience in an EHS discipline within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• NEBOSH Diploma-level health and safety qualification or working towards one.
• Environmental management qualification is valued.

• Support implementation and continual improvement of QEHS strategies, policies and systems.
• Audit, inspections, risk assessments and policy development to ensure compliance.
• Coach and train line managers on health and safety awareness and procedures.
