The OpportunityIn both client-facing and internal roles, we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We aim to deliver safe, high-quality, and timely solutions through innovative thinking and collaboration.
Reporting to the Site Delivery Lead, you will support the overall direction and leadership of activities related to the full lifecycle delivery of the Temporary Construction Area sub-programme. You will lead/manage a team of Senior Project Managers and Managers, ensuring the delivery of Earthworks, Enabling works (including UXO, ecology, archaeology), Civils, Networks, and Buildings. The role involves managing a matrix team including the nuclear new build supply chain, quality team, and suppliers.
This role will assist the Site Delivery Lead in developing strategies to deliver scope within cost, schedule, and quality parameters. You will also oversee operational delivery of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning activities in line with the overall project schedule.
