Job summary

Sisk is seeking a Sub Agent for the Hind Street project in the United Kingdom. This role leads on-the-ground construction, supervises daily site operations, and ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor energy use, and maintain registration for personnel on site. You will manage a team of foremen and oversee field planning, ensuring alignment with project programmes and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical background required.
• IOSH or equivalent HSE management training.
• Temporary Works & Excavation Safety knowledge required.
• Permitting requirements for live energy works.
• Working at Heights & Scaffolding experience.
• Lifting & Cranage operations familiarity.
• New technology in Construction systems knowledge.
• Understanding of the BIM strategy helpful.

Responsibilities

• Participates in compiling the initial programme and understands weekly targets.
• Plans and oversees site setup prior to project launch.
• Manages relationship with subcontractors on site.
• Ensures HSEQS protocols are followed on site.
• Maintains quality control procedures.
• Ensures TWR is current and up to date.
• Monitors onsite energy and waste data.
• Manages registration for people entering/leaving site.
• Flag potential issues with Contract Management/Commercial Teams.
• Drives project pace and plans field work.
• Coordinates and prioritises on-site activities.
• Manages foremen and site staff.
