Job summary

Sizewell C seeks a Business Architect for Site Connectivity to define and coordinate connectivity services across a live construction site and related operations. You will work with Site Operations, Facilities Management, Construction, Digital & IT, and external providers to align requirements and timelines.

The role requires on-site presence in Leiston with travel to other SZC sites, and the ability to navigate governance, procurement and assurance processes within a major programme.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business architecture change within complex, delivery‑critical environments.
• Excellent business process analysis and design skills to map operational requirements and handover activities.
• Highly organised and proactive with strong coordination across multiple teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and building relationships across operations, facilities and IT.
• Confident challenging suppliers and contractors to ensure clear actions and delivery.
• Able to work on a live construction site and adapt to ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture and prioritise business requirements, ensuring traceability through design and handover.
• Coordinate site connectivity initiatives across construction and operational workstreams.
• Act as primary interface between Site Operations, Digital & IT, suppliers and delivery teams.
• Mobilise connectivity services into new buildings, compounds and operational areas.
• Engage with Facilities Management, Construction and Logistics to understand site requirements and constraints.
• Ensure governance, assurance and procurement activities align with SZC delivery principles.
• Support investment cases, project documentation and governance submissions.
• Coordinate supplier and contractor activities and escalate blockers proactively.
• Maintain stakeholder alignment across operational and technical teams.
