Sizewell C Limited is recruiting a Business Architect – Digital Construction to shape business operating models for SZC Digital & IT. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to design and deliver architecture projects, prioritise requirements, and ensure changes deliver measurable benefits.

The role supports development through design and delivery, aligning with governance and licensing requirements. Flexible hybrid work and site visits at Leiston are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong change management in complex environments.
• Experience in business architecture disciplines and delivery.
• Knowledge of governance and architecture standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with stakeholders to define concepts and scope.
• Capture and prioritise business requirements with senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop options.
• Prepare business cases and investment proposals with measurable benefits.
• Act as custodian of requirements through project lifecycle.
• Apply trends and continuous improvement to operations.
• Support business acceptance of new processes and systems.
• Ensure adherence to SZC and EDFE governance standards.
