Sizewell C seeks a Business Architect – Digital Construction to define and shape business operating models within the SZC Digital & IT team. You will work with senior stakeholders to design changes that deliver measurable benefits across complex programmes.

You will stay engaged through development and implementation, balancing evolving requirements and readiness activities, and you may lead or join multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated solutions aligned to strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business architecture change within complex environments.
• Expertise in business process analysis and design, including modelling and collaboration tools.
• Advanced stakeholder management and facilitation skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements with business stakeholders to define project concepts and scope.
• Capture, evaluate, and prioritise business requirements with senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop solution options.
• Prepare robust business cases and investment proposals with measurable benefits.
