Job summary

Citygate Automotive Ltd is seeking a Site Co-ordinator to support multiple departments in managing new/used and service vehicles on site. The role involves coordinating stock, preparing vehicles, and delivering a welcoming customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, hold a full clean driving licence, and demonstrate strong customer service skills to represent Citygate across locations and brands.

• Coordinate New and Used car stock including pricing and preparation.
• Monitor and control customer parking areas.
• Greet customers and act as Citygate ambassador on site.

• Prepare showroom daily and refresh pricing boards.

Role overview

Here at Citygate we are looking for a Site Co-Ordinator to assist the each department with the managerment of new/ used and service vehicles on site.

Key responsibilities

• Co-ordinating the New and Used car stock including pricing, arranging preparation and cleaning of these vehicles.
• Monitoring and controlling customer parking areas
• Being an ambassador of Citygate and greeting customers in a welcoming manner
• Completing driving tasks on behalf of the sales management team
• Assist in preparing the showroom each day, including moving cars and adding pricing boards

To become a Site Co-ordinator, we are looking for candidates that ideally possess the following qualities:
