Job description

LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team at our Birmingham location. As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth dealership operations, coordinating activities, and supporting various departments to enhance overall efficiency.

Your role involves liaising with staff, managing schedules, and maintaining communication between teams to optimize workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.

Hours:

45 per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary:

£28,571

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site activities to ensure efficiency and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records related to site operations.
  • Support management in monitoring and improving operational processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery and collection of vehicles.
  • Coordinate with the workshop to ensure all vehicles meet Mercedes retail standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a coordinating role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
