Key Responsibilities:

Daily

• Mop all hard floor surfaces.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas (including stairs and passages).
• Empty waste bins and place rubbish in proper receptacles on the premises.
• Remove finer marks from all gloss painted surfaces and doors.
• Wipe all telephones.
• Dust and polish office furniture.
• Remove dirty marks from light switches, kick plates, door handles etc.
• Wipe down kettles.
• Wipe down surfaces in the kitchen area.
• Wash, dry and return pots to cupboard and wipe down sink area.
• Clean toilets, Male and Female.
• General internal and external housekeeping and maintenance.
• Polish all furniture, both wood and metal.
• Sanitize all telephones.
• Dust skirting boards.
• Some external light maintenance duties including grass cutting, sweeping and painting

Monthly

• Dust high cabinets beyond normal reach
• Vacuum all upholstered furniture.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm

A fast setting blended concrete with a punch. Offering 40N/mm² strength, set time 5-10 mins.
