Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Site Civil Supervisor to join our client’s team in Norwich/Swardeston. This full-time role focuses on coordinating on-site civil works, health and safety compliance, and alignment with project targets.

You will work with customers, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure safe, efficient execution, attend site meetings, and drive timely progress against milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience in site planning and coordination on civil works projects.
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and site safety practices.

Site Civil Supervisor

Contract duration: Initial 6 months with potential for extensions

IR35 Status: INSIDE (PAYE/Umbrella)

Location:Norwich, Swardeston, UK

This full-time site civil supervisor role is based in Swaderston.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organisation and policy
• Be responsible for coordinating all on-site construction and civil works activities to ensure their successful execution
• Participate in site meetings with customers, sub-contractors, and site personnel
