Job summary

Manucomm Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Technical Administrator for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment near Trowbridge. The role covers technical information, specifications, supplier data, labelling and customer requirements to ensure products and documentation are accurate and customer-ready.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QA or Technical role within food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of technical specifications, supplier approval and food labelling.
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety and BRCGS standards.
• A Food Science, Food Technology or related qualification would be advantageous, particularly alongside relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material, packaging and finished product specifications.
• Review and maintain supplier technical information, approvals and documentation.
• Maintain HACCP, technical and food safety documentation.
• Respond to customer and supplier technical queries, providing clear and timely solutions.
• Develop and maintain specifications for new and existing products.
• Manage technical information across relevant customer and specification systems.
• Review labels and artwork against current food labelling requirements.
