Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team for two substantial industrial and office projects in the South of England, Fareham and Chertsey. You will be based on site full time and report to a Senior QS, ensuring commercial controls and cost reporting.

Applicants should have general main contracting experience, preferably with recognised firms, and UK qualifications. About 5+ years' experience across building projects is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience with recognised main contractors on building projects in the South of England.
• Based on site full time and able to report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Based on site full time and report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Manage surveying duties across two regional projects (Fareham and Chertsey).
• Support commercial controls and cost reporting for projects valued in excess of £12m and £17m.
