Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd., operating from our advanced manufacturing facilities in Ireland, designs and delivers offsite prefabricated MEP solutions for data centre projects across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a Site-Based Project Manager in Birmingham to lead project delivery and develop the on-site team.

You'll be responsible for safety, programme, budget, client communication, and coordinating site managers and delivery teams, with oversight of procurement, cost control and project handover

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing the project team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, on time and within the programme and budget.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, coordinate site managers and delivery teams.
• Oversee procurement of plant, equipment and materials.
• Monitor labour and material costs and manage supply chain partners; support variations and monthly valuations.
