Job summary

EDF Energy seeks a Project Management Industrial Placement for Bridgwater (Hinkley Point C). The 12‑month, on‑site role begins early September 2027 with a starting salary of 26,050 per annum.

Placement locations include Bridgwater Hinkley Point C site and Satellite Delivery Centre, offering hands‑on experience in project delivery and safety compliance. You will work with experienced teams, gain exposure to major milestones, manage risks, and develop core project management and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Studying towards, or has completed, a degree in Project, Construction or Structural management.
• Interest in project delivery, infrastructure and low‑carbon energy.
• Must meet Security Vetting criteria (UK residency for at least 3 of the last 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of one of Europe’s largest infrastructure projects.
• Develop leadership, coordination and problem‑solving skills on site.
• Coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress and help manage risks and milestones.
• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering complex engineering work on site.
