Job summary

Rullion Ltd is advertising a Construction Delivery Lead for the Nuclear Island on Hinkley Point C. The role focuses on delivering mechanical, piping and secondary steelwork packages with close collaboration to civil teams to manage interfaces and sequencing.

You will split time between field leadership and planning activities, coordinating with engineering, planning and contractors, with emphasis on safety and quality through ITPs and RAMS.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction delivery experience in mechanical and piping.
• Strong understanding of piping installation and construction methods.
• Experience coordinating secondary steelwork and pipe supports.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of mechanical, piping and secondary steelwork packages within Nuclear Island areas.
• Coordinate interfaces between mechanical, piping, secondary steelwork and civil construction.
• Oversee Tier 1 contractors and ensure safe, on-time delivery against programme.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and support field engineering changes.
• Identify constructability and interface risks before they impact workface delivery.
• Develop and coach Construction Delivery Managers in the allocated works.
